Our story

Built by a team that kept missing deadlines

In 2021, Lena Hart and Sam Okoye were running product at a fast-growing startup. Their roadmap lived in four tools, their standups ran 40 minutes, and nobody could answer the simplest question: are we on track?

So they built the tool they wished they had. Orbitly connects plans to the work actually happening, then lets AI do the reporting. Today a team of 48 builds it from San Francisco and Lisbon, and we still run our own roadmap in it every single day.

Is Orbitly really free for small teams?

Yes. Starter is free forever for up to 5 members with unlimited issues and projects. You only pay when you need AI features or more seats.

How does Orbit AI use our data?

Orbit AI only reads the workspaces you connect, runs on isolated infrastructure and never uses your data to train shared models. Admins can switch it off per project.

Can we import from spreadsheets or other tools?

One-click importers bring in issues, projects, owners and history from CSV and most popular trackers. Most teams are fully moved in under an hour.

What happens when the trial ends?

Your workspace drops to Starter automatically. Nothing is deleted, and you can upgrade again any time to unlock paid features.

Do you offer discounts for startups and non-profits?

Yes. Startups under two years old get 50% off Team for the first year, and registered non-profits get 70% off any plan. Email us to apply.
