Good questions
How long does a full groom take?
Usually 2–3 hours depending on size and coat. We'll text you 20 minutes before your pet is ready.
What vaccinations do you require?
Rabies, DHPP and Bordetella for dogs; rabies and FVRCP for cats. Just email us a copy of the records before the first visit.
Does my dog need a trial day for daycare?
Yes — the first half-day assessment is free so we can make sure your pup enjoys group play and is matched with the right buddies.
My pet is anxious. Can you help?
Absolutely. We offer quiet-hour appointments, one-on-one grooming and lots of breaks. All our groomers are Fear Free certified.
