Do you handle permits?
Always. We prepare drawings, submit to the city and schedule all inspections. Permit fees are itemised in your quote.
How soon can you start?
Repairs within 48 hours; renovations typically start 3–5 weeks after signing, depending on materials and permits.
Do you offer financing?
Yes — 0% for 12 months or low monthly payments up to 10 years through our lending partner, subject to approval.
