My story

I spent ten years climbing a ladder that was leaning on the wrong wall.

By 31 I was a regional director at a logistics company: great salary, beautiful title, and a quiet Sunday-night dread that wouldn't go away. A leadership coach asked me one question I couldn't answer — "What would you do if nobody was grading you?" — and it changed everything.

Since 2014 I've coached 600+ founders, managers and professionals through the same crossroads, blending practical business strategy with the human side nobody puts on a spreadsheet.

What's the difference between coaching and therapy?

Therapy often looks back to heal; coaching looks forward to act. If something deeper comes up, I'll gladly refer you to a licensed professional.

Do you coach online or only in Denver?

Both. About 70% of my clients meet with me by video from across the US, Canada and Europe. Local clients are welcome at my LoDo studio.

How quickly will I see results?

Most clients feel clearer after session one and see measurable progress by week six.

What if it's not working for me?

Tell me. If after the first three sessions of Elevate 90 you don't feel it's valuable, I'll refund the remaining sessions, no questions asked.
