Are you accepting new patients?
Yes. All our doctors currently accept new patients of all ages. Book online or call and we'll set up your first visit, usually within the week.
Which insurance plans do you accept?
We accept Medicare, Oregon Health Plan, Aetna, Blue Cross, Cigna, Kaiser (out-of-network), Providence, UnitedHealthcare and most PPO plans. Self-pay visits start at $95.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
A photo ID, your insurance card, a list of current medications and any recent test results. Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete registration.
Can I get a prescription refill without a visit?
For ongoing medications, yes. Submit a request through the form below or by phone, and allow 2 business days for processing.
Do you offer video appointments?
Yes, for follow-ups, test results, mental health check-ins and many minor concerns. Choose "Video visit" when booking.
