If you only add one thing after base, make it blush. It instantly makes the face look healthy and awake. Bronzer adds warmth, and highlighter adds a touch of glow. All three take under a minute together.

A simple trick: choose a colour close to the flush your cheeks get naturally after exercise or in the cold. As a starting point:

These are only suggestions. Try different shades and trust what makes you look like yourself, just brighter.

Bronzer is not contour. For everyday use, it simply adds the warmth of sunshine. Choose a shade only one or two steps deeper than your skin.

Use a small amount on the high points of the face that catch light: the top of the cheekbones, the inner corners of the eyes, and the brow bone. Tap it on with a fingertip. If you have visible texture or enlarged pores in these areas, a soft sheen will look nicer than strong shimmer.

Lena has light-medium warm skin. She dots peach cream blush on the apples of her cheeks and blends it upward with two fingertips (20 seconds). With the leftover blush on her fingers, she taps a little across the bridge of her nose for a sun-kissed look (5 seconds). She presses a soft golden highlighter on the top of her cheekbones (10 seconds). Then she uses the last traces on her fingers on her lips (5 seconds). One product, mostly. Forty seconds. Coordinated, fresh, done.
